Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the midst of your trip at our smoke-free property. Centrally located between Nelson and Richmond and 1km from the Stoke shopping centre, the 2 fully self-contained units in our large home offer comfort, privacy and off-street parking in an attractive garden setting. They are suitable for longer stays for which you can enquire to negotiate reduced rates.

You can check up-to-date availability and/or make bookings directly from our website. The seasonal prices range for short-term bookings from $110 to $140 (double) and from $100 to $125 (single). The minimum booking throughout the year is for 2 nights and maybe longer during peak periods.

Unit 1, which has a double and single bed, opens on to a private deck with outdoor furniture. It has a full kitchen containing an electric stove, microwave, and large fridge with a freezer compartment. This unit has SKY TV, an automatic washing machine and phone.

Unit 2, which has a queen bed, opens onto a balcony setting with seating to enjoy the sea and mountain views. It has a TV, microwave, hotplate, electric frying pan and phone. Arrangements can be made with the hosts to have washing done.

Both units have free Wi-Fi and private entrances. A continental breakfast is available as an optional extra.

Kay and Geoff are experienced hosts who travel themselves and believe that it is important to try and achieve a balance between spending time with visitors to make them feel welcome and letting them have their privacy and independence. Whenever it is possible they will have fresh flowers in your units and will offer you a warm scone on your arrival.
